Our daughter has been with Emma and Chris for nearly two months and the experience has been so positive for all of us. After sending her to a nursery and it not being the right fit, we were very worried about other child care providers and how our daughter would cope. A local primary school teacher recommended Emma, who met with us very quickly and our daughter started the following week. We were expecting a slow and hard transition, but she took to Emma so quickly, falling asleep on her the very first day!
She has taken to Emma and Chris so quickly, it's been really lovely to watch. She comes home with new skills every week and walks confidently and happily into their home in the morning now. During the transitional weeks we got regular updates, which made returning to work a positive experience for me as well.
In short, we are so incredibly grateful to have met Emma and Chris and opening up our daughter's world to trusting and enjoying being with other adults (and children). Thank you.
Sarah is truly a wonderful wonderful person. My child has been with her for 2 years and I have just started my baby with her too. Both boys have learned so much in her care and are very happy to be dropped off and when I pick them up. She is so caring and nurturing and the boys do a lot of learning too. With her nursery experience, Sarah teaches them first sounds for reading as well as mark making skills to set them up for when they start school. They do a lot of singing and counting and often come home with a new song to teach us. I can’t thank Sarah enough for what she’s done for us as a family, I would wholeheartedly recommend Sarah to anyone interested in choosing a childminder in the area. 😊
Rachael was great the one night she turned up. She was due to do two consecutive evenings and cancelled the second 4 hours before she was scheduled to arrive which left us in a difficult position. She said she had started to feel unwell and so I gave her the benefit of the doubt and scheduled three nights ten days later. The night before she was due to come to us she sent me an invoice for the one night of work she had carried out, which I immediately paid. When I text confirming payment and asking to confirm times for the next three days I received no response. I text again the following morning and called to no response. It was only when I text again to say I would have to find alternative cover if I didn’t get a response she responded saying she had a family emergency. Finding trustworthy people with young babies is no easy feat and while I do not question Rachael’s abilities with children, her manner of operating and the bind she left us in, twice, was incredibly disruptive and unprofessional.

We have been using Clair for the last year (and we knew instantly that she was the perfect fit for our son) after a very rocky year in a nursery for my little one. Clair made my child feel welcome every day and he settled instantly with ease! He has come so far since starting, his confidence has grown, he is much more interactive with other children and adults, and he enjoys telling us all about his days out with Clair and his friends!
Clair has always been very supportive of our son, and always has lots of enriching activities for them to do, including days out! It has even become a daily ask of .am I going to Clair's house today?' we really couldn't have asked for more, as a family we are really grateful for how she has cared for him and helped aid his development.
We will miss Clair so much when she is no longer part of our weekly routine, she really is the best childminder you could ask for!
Lotty has been brilliant in the time she has looked after my daughter.
I was a bit nervous as had never used a childminder before but from the first time we visited the setting, Lotty was friendly and welcoming, and I knew my daughter would enjoy it! She has had the best time in her care and absolutely loves going. She comes home happy, telling me how much fun she has had, and I look forward to the messages showing me what she's been up to that day.
We are sad to be leaving and wish I'd found her sooner! Oh, and she makes delicious biscuits too if you're lucky enough to get some! 😃

Hannah came in to replace our previous nanny, so she had to work a little bit extra to gain our daughters friendship -which she did brilliantly. She is a great source of help to me, not only with looking after our two children (5yo & 1yo) but also around the house. Something I find invaluable. The kids are happy and well looked after. Hannah is supporting brilliantly with reading and general development and knows how to lay a clear, yet kind boundary with our feisty 5yo. They do excellent play times and I especially love half terms, when they get to go out on adventures together.
Would highly recommend Hannah’s services.

Asima is one of the best childminders I have come across. Not only does she pay attention to every little detail, but her passion and experience is phenomenal. My child loves going to Asima's, she settled in very quickly and has an amazing time there. Asima also ensures the children are learning, exploring and experiencing new things every day. Her sessions are based according to the child's needs and she encourages them and helps boost their self esteem and confidence.
The communication is fantastic, the service is fantastic. I have had no issue with Asima as she caters to the child's needs and development and is very accommodating, especially during unavoidable circumstances. I am very pleased and happy to have found her as I feel content and secure about my child being with Asima and her little friends.
Asima, you're a jem and you play a very important role in our child's life. Thank you for everything.
We are first time parents and have never left our 8 month old baby with anyone but family. Iona was so accommodating of this and has made us feel so settled leaving our baby with her. She invited us over so we could meet her before we left our baby girl with her, she sent regular updates of how she was and is such a lovely person 🩷 definitely will be booking her again
I couldn’t recommend Jenny enough, she is amazing at what she does. My son has recently started going to Jenny’s and has settled in amazingly well which I think is a testament to her. Jenny is so approachable, warm, loving and you can tell she genuinely cares about the children that she looks after. She has made going back to work so much easier for me as I don’t have to worry at all as I know my son is well looked after and loves going to hers (his face absolutely beams when I drop him off with her). The daily updates with pictures of the children’s adventures are a really lovely touch and they always seem to be out and about learning and doing different activities which I love.
Megan is absolutely brilliant. She is always early and happy to help with absolutely anything. She provides amazing respite care by looking after both me and our one year old. She is always happy to help and has a smile on her face. Thank you Megan!
My daughter started when she was 9 months old. Now she has passed 2 years and she is still with Gosia. My daughter loves to go there, she is enjoying every time. She learned that she grew her development and skills. Like parents, only what I can say is that we are blessed with a person like Gosia. Always creative, positive, amazing teacher, always smiled,calm. She also helps with good advice (we are young parents). The day when my daughters went there afternoon, she sent amazing and lovely pictures. And I can see how she is happy and how she enjoyed. For me it is very important.
We met Nurdan when my second baby was born. She helped us with our then 18-month-old. She was great with him! She is educated and creative and has a very calm presence. She is fantastic at communicating with children and engaging them in stimulating Montessori activities. Her space is very nice, perfectly located next to Clissold Park. She is also a great cook! Fouzia has looked after both of my children. My son has been with her since he was 3 years old (he’s 6 now) and my daughter has been with her since she was 10 months old (she’s 3 soon).
Fouzia is just lovely, she takes such exceptional care of my children and my daughter asks me every morning if she is going to see Fouzia today! She gets very excited as she knows there will be lots of fun activities including going to music class, dance class, playgroup, the playground, the library or arts and crafts at home! The list is endless! She comes home every day with a new piece of artwork to show off!
Fouzia makes lovely home cooked meals with lots of healthy and delicious snacks.
She has helped our family so much and made it easy for me to go back to work and be relaxed that my daughter is well looked after. She also picks my son up after school and keeps him entertained at her house until I’m back from work.
Fouzia is trustworthy, kind hearted and generous. She is funny and caring and gives very helpful advice. We don’t know what we would do without her and all her hard work!

Zahra has helped look after our 2 month old son for the last month part-time. She takes precautions to maintain good hygiene especially when handling a newborn baby. Our son is very at ease with her and enjoys her company, showing that she is good with the children she looks after. As I mun I was worry to send my son to a nursery because I wasn't sure he will like it and enjoy it I tried many places before to found hazel. And at first time we spoke I trust in her. they way the talks is very friendly,her setting is very good plus I appreciate it photos and comments how he is doing my son been with her around more than 1 moth he loves to go there. Sam started looking after my daughter when she was 8 months old until we unfortunately had to leave London when she was 2.
Sam understood how difficult it is to leave your baby with someone for the first time and was so flexible and understanding to both my daughter and my needs, including our difficult dietary requests.
My daughter has absolutely loved being in Sam's care. She has learned so many new skills and loves the many special outings and new friends she has made.
I cannot recommend Sam highly enough. I feel very lucky to have found her and we will all miss her and her little group very much.

Amy is an amazing person to have on your team. She is so kind, patient and intuitive in how she works and never fails to bring creative flair to a days activities. She always takes the time to check in with us and our little one and very quickly taps into the best way to approach the day. Highly highly recommended!!!

I have had the privilege of entrusting my three children to Nicci's exceptional care over the past 21 years, and I cannot speak highly enough of her. I don't think there is enough that could be said to show off how amazing Paula has been with our son/family. She was very accommodating from the start, flexible with us to meet our needs. Took our sons allergies in her stride and never had any worries. Her care, programme and home set up is one that cannot be faulted. Our son has thrived in her care, learning independent play, through indoor and outdoor play - attending playgroups and activities outside her home. Opened him up to variety of foods he wouldn't eat at home. Always updated via newsletter and her daily app where she logs everything including lovely photos/videos of their day. I couldn't ask for more. It is with great devastation that we had to leave due to relocating - if I could take Paula with us I would as she is going to be hard to replace. She will be very missed by our son and family.
