Teresa looks after my 2yr old, She looks forward to her time there and talks about Teresa when she comes home, my daughter gets first anxiety when I leave her but Teresa puts me totally at ease by letting me know that she has started playing and it's only a momentary thing, I would highly recommend The Ladybird club, and the new play area is fab for the kids, Millie comes home every day with her artwork, paintings and things they have cooked, you get way more than you would expect from a childminder like weekly take home books for you to share with your child, Teresa really cares, and I am very happy with this service :)
