Let down
Have been let down today for childcare due to her own child being ill which happens but I feel this is unprofessional and if you are offering a service and making bookings you should have a back up plan for this, i was simply told she was cancelling with no alternative offered. I will now have to let a client down myself which will affect my business.

This was last minute childcare that you had asked for. I had less than 24 hours notice so there was no way that I could have had a back-up incase my child was to become ill. Im very sorry that your business was affected by this but I believe I dealt with you professionally and promtly so that you had time to find an alternative.
