I contacted Sarah first time, she is very swift response and always swift action. Honestly, It was first time to use childminder in UK. Sarah explained everything clearly and well understood with my job situation. So I trust her and to bring my kids(8 and 6 years old boys) when I needed. My kids are really enjoying with Sarah.
