Kim was so calm and patient in helping our 10 month old settle in. He had never been cared for by anyone other than us so it was a new experience for us all. Kim made us all feel comfortable from the moment we met her and her home is set up perfectly with the amazing dedicated space she has created for the children. Kim was always very accommodating when we made requests to change our hours and understanding of the M25 commute. We are sad our time with Kim has been so short due to relocating and we now have our fingers crossed that we will find someone else who lives up to the high standards she has set.
