Sophie has been caring for my 4 year old son since he was 9 months old when I had to return to work after my maternity leave had finished. Sophie is bright, reliable and affectionate. She is very well-versed in child development and has a natural affinity towards children. Sophie relates to my son is such a delightful way turning practically everything into a fun game. Sophie knows how to structure time well, but Is also flexible. She is as comfortable helping my son with this preschool homebook as she is creating art objects out of sticks and leaves. I feel extremely fortunate to have had Sophie in our home. I am convinced that my son owes much of his positive development to Sophie presence. Sophie’s approach for caring for my son complements our parenting well, as she respects our personal philosophies, while being confident enough to independently to make day to day decision regarding my son. I can highly recommend Sophie as a nanny.
