Sophia is such a lovely, bubbly, caring and loving person. Her home is bi, very neat and clean. She is best in taking care of child’s comfort, happiness, good food, playing around, nap time, and cleanliness. I was referred to her by my colleague and i am so thankful to her. Sophia is someone on whom you can trust for your child like a family member. My little one loves her and been so excited to go to her place every single time. I can work with ease when my little one is with Sophia. She gives you the details of the day, what your child did whole day, how is your child behaviour, how child is in eating food and activities. Sophia is super quick in replying messages, very flexible and accommodating. I moved my little one from a well reputed Nursery to Sophia. As i find my child disturbed there and it was the best decision. As for me child happiness, cleanliness and comfort matters a lot and with Sophia this is assured that your child will be happy, comfortable, and well cared.
Sophia got every thing which a working mother is looking for her child from a child minder. Thank you so much Sophia for doing such a good job.

I am a first time mom and my son is a COVID baby hence, I was super nervous when I was going back to work. My son was 11 months old when I met Sophia and finally decided to choose her as my sons childminder.
My son started going to her since he was 11 months old and there has not been a single day when he is upset about going to Sophia’s house. He absolutely love it there. The environment that Sophia provides is very welcoming.
I have been comfortable enough to drop my son overnight with her as well and he managed not miss me 🥺. Pretty upsetting for a mother but does speak a lot about Sophia herself.
In conclusion, I can keep going on and on about how amazing Sophia is with kids and hence, I would highly recommend her ❤️
I am honestly so grateful that I found her.

Sophie is a very professional childminder, she is caring, understanding, patient and easy to talk too. My daughter absolutely loves Sophie and always asking when can she go back. I feel totally relaxed when I'm at work because I know my daughter is in safe hands and I couldn't have asked for a better childminder.

I have known her from last 16 years, since my first child born. 16 years back,When she started childminding as profession, my daughter was the first child minded by her.
When I first met her I was concerned, worried and had more questions in my head then answers.Its normal to be anxious being a parent. So was I ? My previous experience of other childminder wasn’t pleasant at all.
I read her advertisement in local post office and call to book appointment.
When I first met, her smile and approachable personality convinced me straight away that she is right person to look after my 9 months old baby.
She was and still is most loyal, loving and honest person I have ever met.
She still remember that how my daughter was fussy in eating ,and bless her how she managed to feed her .
After 10 years God blessed me with other daughter then this lovely lady was easy and best choice . So my 2nd child started when she was only of 9 months old ,like her sister.
After a decade I found her caring and minding standard higher then before.
She treated every child like her own child . Being parent you all will agree that it’s blessing that your child is safe and well looked after while you are at work or away.
Her punctuality, availability to work, attention to detail, caring towards children, answering parents queries , reporting of incidents, taking parents advice on board, towards children’s needs, is all professional and SPOT ON.
The way she care my daughters I can’t thank you enough. I will highly recommend her to all parents looking for childminder.
They can’t have anyone more reliable then this lovely lady.

Sophia has been taking care of my 3 year old twins for the last 2 years. She has minded several children within my family before so for me it was an easy choice to make as everyone had nothing but positive things to say about her.
In terms of my own experience Sophia has been nothing but kind , caring and loving towards my boys, she treats them like her own. They absolutely love going to her house whilst I am at work. I have no worries when they are there as I know that they are in safe hands and if any issues arise I am always contacted straight away. Sophia has always been flexible with the hours I have asked and on occasions where I have been late due to traffic she has never rushed me or made me feel incompetent. Sophia prides herself in the work she undertakes, this is evident in seeing my boys happy, healthy and thriving in her company. She is a highly professional yet down to earth bubbly lady who always has a smile on her face in the morning and in the evenings.
I would absolutely recommend Sophia to anyone looking for a childminder who kids adore.

Sophia is an AMAZING childminder, both my boys instantly got along with her and grew a tight bond with her, i felt my boys were safe with her and the way she took care of them was like they were her own, shes was also so kind and helpful towards me and so understanding with my work schedule, i couldnt have asked for any better childminder then her.

My daughter doesn't usually warm to someone quickly but she went straight away to Sophia an settled well quickly. Sophia looks after my daughter really well and always keeps me updated, which keeps me at ease and I do not need to worry. My daughter looks forward to goin to Sophia even on day she doesn't go ask to go.

Sophia is a very professional lady who knows how to work with children of different age groups and different backgrounds. My daughter was safe with her. She doesn't go a month without asking for Sophia. Very flexible to work with. If you want a minder, she is the person to go to. Highly recommended. We love you Sophie. Keep it up. Maka and mum

My son has been very happy in the company of Sophia, she has taken care of him for a few month's last year. A very kind person with a nice family, always greeting you with a smile. My son has learning disabilities and autism, so he wasn't the easiest person to look after, but sophia handled it very well, I felt reassured while he was under her care. I would very much recommend Sophia to others.

We’ve been using Sophias services for past year and a half if not 2, every day that we get to her doors she’s always had a genuine smile on her, which comforts us knowing that our kids are in the right place, we’ve noticed first hand that she goes above and beyond call of duty to make sure that our kids are always looked after, we’re both working class people and knowing that Sophie’s has our kids let’s us concentrate more on our work which is a huge peace of mind.
Everyday she give us the time sheets of what the kids have been upto, what they’ve learned, their daily food intake, what they ate or what they prefer. However I do want to advise you guys that she’s a spot on individual very friendly welcoming and down to heart. Parents you’ll be less stressed with Sophia in your corer! 100%
Sophia we’d like to thank you for all your hard work and making sure our kids are safe and sound at all times.

Sophia is amazing the best childminder ever she has worked with my kids and took them in as her own she's is a blessing and so caring and loving I trust so her so much could never fault anything.. loving family really friendly and happy blessed family I wana thank Sophia and her family for taking care of my kids and making them feel safe and comfortable. My 16 month old son was originally with a different childminder but unfortunately due to their family circumstances he was passed on to Sophia for three weeks. Sophia had only met my son once very briefly before the three weeks. However, this did not bother her at all. She got straight on with it and took care of my son full time 730 till 430 and my son had no settling down issues. Sophia is so friendly and my son is very happy! If you want a trust worthy child minder who takes care of your child properly then Sophia is the woman. Thanks hun xx

Sophia is a very welcoming, encouraging, friendly and at ease childminder.
I remember I had to drop my baby girl 2.5 miles away from home just because I could see improvement after even dropping her for few days when I go to work.
Sophia takes care of my baby as tho is her own. I come back from work to a happy child. I’m really grateful for this. I’ll recommend her to mums looking for a childminder her services and environment are top notch.

Wow what can I say, looking for a childminder can be very difficult as we want our children to be happy and comfortable. As soon as i meet Sophia she put myself at ease and i seen my child smiling. Sophia is very proffesional and very accomadating, she dropped and collected my child from the local school for 3 months. Sophia is very welcoming, approachable and very warm at heart. My child felt so relaxed in Sophia's care and home and was also welcomed by the rest of the family. The house is beautiful, very inviting and super clean. If i ever require a childminder in the future i will be sure to contact Sophia again. Thank you

Left my 2 year old and also left my 6 month old baby which was quiet worrying as she hadn't been left before, Sophie took both of my children in as though they were her own, she cared for them with so much love that my children want to go to her every time we pass by. Caring for children may be her profession but Sophie really and truly goes out her way for parents and the children. Always a warm welcome, and keeps a beautiful bond with parents. Totally recommend!!!!!

Sophia is really nice lady. I left my 3 years old girl and 10months old baby with her for the first time and they really love her and my elder didn’t want to come back home. If i have to come to birmingham again i’ll surely go to her.. hatss off to her.. 😘

I was looking for a child minder to look after my 2 boys while I went into hospital to give birth...I came across Sophia's profile we exchanged numbers and arranged to meet her...she's a lovely woman and the boys were well cared for I would highly recommend her and I will be using her services again in the future.....thanks again x

Sophia looked after my 2 children for 2 weeks in the mornings while my usual child minder was on holiday. My son has autism so i was a bit anxious as to how the change would work for him, but Sophia was so friendly and welcoming there weren't any issues at all. She was really open and honest with me and let me take my son to meet her and see the house before he started going there. I would highly recommend Sophia and wouldn't hesitate to contact her again if I needed to.

Sophia is a great childminder with a friendly and outgoing personality. She looked after my son on a couple of occasions, including overnight and was also able to provide childcare for my son at a very short notice. My son was happy and comfortable with Sophia and her family and had a great time in their house. Sophia provides excellent childcare and her house is spotlessly clean. Highly recommend Sophia :-).

Sophia is an absolutely amazing childminder. My son has been with her since he was a baby and she has always cared for him in a professional yet personal way. She has a naturally nurturing approach to children and manages to get parents to feel at ease with leaving their children in her capable hands. My son has been with Sophia for about 4 years since he was a few months old and she has been a rock to me in terms of providing quality and flexible child care to me when I was setting up my business as a solicitor and later when I returned to work full time as a consultant and lecturer. Without her help with providing childcare, I would really have struggled with going back to work.
My son loves Sophia and her children and her husband have equally been helpful in terms of providing support. Sophia's husband is DBS checked.
I am extremely satisfied with the service I have received and am continuing to receive. I am more than happy to recommend Sophia as a childminder to other moms in need.

Sofia is third childminder for my two children. She's nice, friendly and active person. My son absolutely love her. Two previous childminders my son hated. He was hiding his shoes, clothes and jacket cause he thought I wouldn't take them there. But when they started visiting Sofia's house everything has changed. Every morning he's going with big smile and happiness on his face as well as his little sister. Even on holidays he's they are saying how much they both missed Sofia. Finally my heart come down and while I'm working I don't need to worry : is my children fine, did they eat, does smaller ones nappy changed. I absolutely recommend Sofia to anybody who struggles to find trustful person for their children.

Sophia is hardworking, with a bubbly personality, all the children love her. Sophia looked after my daughter for 18 months. Had no problems. My daughter suffers from eczema, but it was no problem for Sophia. Only reason changed childminder because Sophia moved houses.

Sophia has been looking after my 15 month old day from the age of one and we have not had any problems or issues. After one childminder giving up after a week due to my daughter crying we found Sophia who was fully committed to looking after my daughter and said she will not give up on her. She never did, my daughter loves spending time with Sophia. Sophia has been very flexible over the past four months and was definitely a god send for us. The house is nice and clean and makes for a safe environment. Sopia is a very chatty and bubbly person that children find easy to Connect with.

I was sending my daughters from last September and I am happy to send my Childern to her house. Shopia is very active and energetic. She picks my childern from school and gave them food. Sophia's house is big and spacious. Childern enjoyed the big space and friendly nature of Sophia. She is ready to talk anytime about my kids and accommodates my childern any day of the week.

I initially left my 3 month old son with sofia for an hour and now leave him overnights during the week. She was recommended to me by my sister.
My experience with sofia has been excellent she is very thorough in attending to the needs and requirements of my child. She gives food and milk on time, he is well looked after, he is always kept clean, always in a good mood when I collect him and has developed a good bond with her. Excellent communication skills as she gives detailed feedback of how he has been.
Initially i was worried about leaving him but she assured me with her experience and now I don't have to worry when I leave him as I know he is in good hands.
Sofia has ample space in her newly refurbished house, it is always clean and odor free which is definitely another advantage.
I would definitely recommend Sophia Erum to anyone seeking an outstanding childminder for their child or children.

I was introduced to Sophia by a friend who had used her services for child care and I must say I havent been disappointed. She had alleviated all my fears of leaving the kids. she has bonded and engaged really well with them. I'm am so grateful to have met such a lovely person who takes exceptionally well of my children.
