Our DD adores Tina and frequently gets our names mixed up, ie calls me Tina which i take to be a compliment. When i get home and hear them chatting together before DD realises i am in the building i can tell what a fantastic relationship they have!

My husband and I work quite complicated shifts and Tina has been so flexible and supportive of our working lives that our work colleagues are also grateful for her support! I commute to London so it is extremely important to me to know that DD is being well looked after and even after she sustained a burn (at home with me) that required complicated dressings we knew we could rely on Tina to look after her and all the medicines and dressings.

Tina and the little family of charges she has collected around her have been a real source of joy and entertainment to our daughter. She enjoys the excitment of playing with the bigger kids and the responsibility of looking after the little ones all under Tina's watchful eye. As an only child this exposure has been really valuable to her social development.

I can honestly say that if it weren't for Tina i wouldnt have taken on my current more ambitious job, as i can only really focus at work knowing our DD is in totally safe and affectionate hands and i have hugely appreciated Tina's experience and pragmatic approach to some of parentings challenges ( fussy eating, potty training, not sleeping etc) we know we are extremely fortunate to have found Tina.
