My daughter has been with Lorraine now for almost a year, she settled in nicely and absolutely loves going. Lorraine is very professional, writing daily journals from soiled nappies, sleep time too and from, foods eaten through out the day and amounts and daily activities and more! Daily photos sent from activities done, which always makes me smile at work! Always out and about in walks, play centres and libraries etc and also time at the house learning and playing. I was so frightened about leaving her with a total stranger but Lorraine quickly gained my confidence and My daughters. I have even recommended her to my friend who has not been able to start due to the Covid-19 outbreak but is wanting to meet and possibly send her child there too. Lorraine has made the whole transition of going back to work a lot easier than I imagined. Also people around who know her have said she is lively and that is true. Even during the Covid-19 outbreak she’s texting checking in asking how my daughter and even myself and other are doing.
