We were Nikki's first family as a nanny and she has not disappointed. She came to us when our twin girls were 16 months old and has provided them with a structured but fun and creative environment for the last 3 years. She has seen the girls through all their milestones and has helped them develop into the confident and polite children they are now, ready to start school. She is flexible and punctual even when we have asked her to be in extra early and has been very proactive in finding different activities and clubs to stimulate them as well as ensuring they get to meet and socialise with other children. We have been extremely happy with Nikki and can't recommend her highly enough.
