Vicky has been looking after our 2 girls (2 years and 5 months) part time for two months now and already feels like part of the family.

I work from home which isn't the easiest set up for Vicky, but she just gets on with it. The girls absolutely loves her and when Vicky looks after them, they never get upset, which is pretty amazing, especially for a toddler who is constantly testing boundaries.

She clearly loves children and has both a natural ability with them and extensive knowledge and experience. She understands the different stages of child development and adapts activities so that the girls have fun learning. She is extremely patient and always has a positive approach. Vicky interacts constantly with both children, talking and singing with them, and our eldest's talking has greatly improved as a result. She is super proactive, suggesting activities within the home or researching local playgroups and activities.

She is also extremely reliable and trustworthy.

We love Vicky. She has been a godsend and we feel so lucky to have found her.
