Vicky has been looking after our now 11 month old baby for two days per week since he was 8 months old and we feel really very lucky indeed to have found her. When she began to look after our baby, he had been going through a phase for quite a few months of being quite fearful of strangers and would often cry if anyone tried to pick him up for example. Vicky quickly established a good rapport with him and now I would say he’s so comfortable with her that she’s like another parent to him. This has also had an impact on how he relates to strangers and he’s again much more friendly with them. Vicky is a lovely person and she brings a lot of energy and love to working with children. We can always rely on her to make sure our baby is well fed, well slept and gets taken out somewhere to be stimulated. She goes above and beyond the call of duty in thinking of what activities might aid his development and she has often made toys in her own time for him to play with. I would have no hesitation in recommending her.
