We feel very lucky to have found Fiona to care for our daughter Josie. Fiona is warm, caring, fun and happy to see Josie every single day - exactly what we were looking for in a childminder. She is a thoughtful communicator with the children, taking time to explain what is happening in a very respectful and clear way. She organises 'themes' to help the children learn about seasons, holidays and other age-appropriate subjects (e.g. shapes, colours, etc for our two year old). They have a regular schedule of activities like attending local playgroups and children's centres, while at the same time Fiona is flexible and adapts to Josie's needs. Her own girls are great and have welcomed Josie into the family, and they all have loads of fun together.
