Grace has worked for me for 18 months, looking after my two children now aged 5 & 3. She is a wonderful nanny, always turns up with a huge smile on her face and who has a natural chemistry with children. She is authoritative when needed but kind and compassionate with the children. She is always thinking of new and exciting things for them to do, whether that be taking them to new places or doing creative things at home. Being a mum, she is also naturally playful with the children and they love her daughter, who slots in effortlessly into their lives.

Grace is never late, hugely reliable and is also willing to be flexible where she can. She is a great asset to any family and I can't recommend her highly enough!
