Simona was our nanny for seven and a half years in our busy two career household (I am a doctor, my husband is a lawyer) looking after our three young children. Simona started with us when our daughter was six months old and has known both of our sons since the day they were born. Simona is an outstanding professional. Love, kindness, respect and discipline are at the heart of what she does. She is a qualified teacher and she had a profoundly positive effect on our children's early development and education. She is serious and focused about homework and reading for older children and keenly understands the requirements and learning needs of even the youngest children. She is a happy, loving person who our children adore and she certainly brought the sunshine with her when she would arrive each morning. She is ultra reliable. In all the years she was with us she was never late and never once let us down on an arrangement. She is very organised and considered and always uses her initiative and thinks clearly about things. During her time with us numerous teachers at our children's schools as well as other parents told us how impressed they were with Simona's abilities, character and attitude.
