Hana is such a caring, friendly and thoughtful lady, who has looked after our son wonderfully over the past 9 months. He started with Hana aged 18 months and is only stopping now because we are moving away from London - we're heartbroken to be taking him away from her!

In such a difficult year with covid, it has always felt like our son is both completely safe and completely happy with Hana. She was so welcoming from the very beginning - he hadn't settled well into a nursery before the first lockdown and then hadn't really had any contact with other adults during lockdown so we were nervous about leaving him, but somehow magically he immediately settled in and felt comfortable with her. And now, even if he's had a bad night's sleep with us, he perks up as soon as he sees her in the morning!

Hana's setting really feels like a family, our son is always chattering about his little friends and they have lots of fun together. She has closely followed all covid guidelines so we leave him at the door rather than going in, but she keeps us up to date with lots of photos of his adventures. They do art, go on outings to all the local parks, and Hana puts together lovely sensory themed play tables that change depending on the season or festivals etc. They also do lots of reading, singing and dancing - our son is always surprising us with new songs that he's learned, and he knows all sorts of books that we don't!

We've also greatly appreciated how Hana has helped our son develop. She's constantly talking to him and his speech has massively come on, and it's really noticeable that he and the other child we know who goes to Hana's are far more chatty than other kids of the same age. She has also helped him develop manners, and understand how to care for others - he has become very thoughtful around his friends and is getting better at sharing and being polite! And even in the short time at pick-up and drop-offs she's always pointing out numbers and interesting things to him, to help him learn.

It's a long review and I could keep going for a lot longer because I just think Hana is brilliant and we're so grateful that our son has been able to spend this time with her! I completely recommend her.
