My son was with Susie for around 2 years from when he was just over 1 years old. Susie helped Finlay settle in comfortably and smoothly. Reassuring us that he was OK and sending photos as well. She took him on wonderful trips on the bus and train as well as lots of lovely local activities. She got to know him so well and genuinely cares about him and his interests. She is reliable, kind and easy to chat with. My son still remembers Susie and always asks to go back with her!
