I am a primary school teacher. Sarah is the only person outside of our family that we trust to look after our child.

Our son is provided with a warm and welcoming environment, he is loved and he is encouraged. He is constantly provided with new experiences and activities that help with his mental, social, emotional and physical development. As a teacher myself, we were looking for a childcare setting that would be as comfortable as home as well as keeping him stimulated so that he was ready for school. We feel that Sarah provides that challenge so our son can hit his developmental and early learning goals. We have been impressed with the well thought out activities, the trips, the social groups he attends and the learning through play that Sarah provides. Despite a difficult time when the pandemic hit, Sarah remained professional supporting us as a family and making sure that our son had routine. She kept in close contact with us updating us on her procedures. She was determined to create a ‘normal’ experience for the children as much as possible. Our son was provided with activities and play in a safe environment and we are thankful that his routine was maintained. We think it is due to Sarah, and the care that she provided, that our son had maintained his social skills. Through every developmental stage Sarah has provided advice, support and reassurance every step of the way. She has assessed where she thinks he is with his development and targets to move him on. We are always aware of how we can support him at home and what she is working on in the childcare setting. Sarah sends us daily pictures,videos and updates which we really appreciate. Sarah promotes an inclusive environment and celebrates diversity which we believe to be very important. Sarah has quickly become part of our family and I would recommend her to anyone looking for someone reliable and trustworthy to look after their child.
