Our children love her.. We have very young twins and a 5 year old.. We don't get out much but she's always there if we need her. She is very cheerful polite and full of fun x

Overall
Charlie looks after our 2 and 4 year old as and when needed. Charlie built a good relationship with us and the children from the start. She is very reliable, easy going and great with the kids! She keeps us updated whilst they are in her care and she makes sure their routine is kept as best possible. I have no worries leaving the children in Charlie’s care and they look forward to seeing her. Would highly recommend her services!

Charlie has been looking after my children for the past two months. She drops my 7 year old son to school then looks after my 4 year old, before taking her to nursery. I must admit I’m a paranoid mother, it took me a long time to admit I needed help with my Children and even longer to start looking. I was very nervous about having someone else care for them as it has always been my husband and I, never anyone else as we don’t have family. We follow a gentle/attachment type of parenting and Charlie put my mind at ease as soon as I met her. She’s a very cheerful and bubbly girl and is absolutely amazing with my children. She is brilliant with my autistic son, very patient and understanding. My children ask for Charlie all weekend, wondering when she is going to look after them and get very excited when they know she’s working. She organises activities for the children and takes them out and about when I can’t.
Charlie has gone above and beyond her role as a nanny many times and I often wonder what I will do without her when she starts university.
Charlie has become a close friend and very much part of the family, we will continue to have her babysit when she has started university. She is the type of nanny/babysitter you wish for when you start thinking about childcare and cannot recommend her enough.

I have used Charlie on a couple of occasions now to look after my 3 young and very energetic children and she is just superb with them! I feel very relaxed knowing they are in Charlies care. She always keeps me updated with reassuring messages, has always shown up on time with a big smile on her face and the kids think she is just brilliant! She is one of the rare people that doesnt just have all the qualifications and sees it as a job, she actually cares and treats the children as individuals. Very reliable and I can't recommend highly enough!

Charlie has been a wonderful support to our children and family over the past year. We will miss her greatly when she starts her new career in nursing but will defintely still have her on the evening and weekends for baby sitting. Our children love having her around! Highly recommended, unless it's on the same day/night we need her :P

Thank you ! It is a pleasure working with you. I have been made to feel very welcome within your home and I feel honoured to have been accepted by your wonderful children. I will most definitely miss you all too, and looking forward to spending more time together !
