We were lucky enough to meet Dessy on here and she kindly offered to help us at very short notice when our FT nanny phoned in sick for a few days.
Dessy made me feel very assured that my children are in good hands. She kept in touch with us during the day and informed us regularly of how the girls are doing. Dessy left our home clean and tidy and prepared a yummy meal with the girls for all of us to eat as a family which was a lovely treat. She was always on time and was happy to stay later at short notice.
We would definitely have her back again!
