Yvonne look after our daughter since she was 2 year old . In my opinion she is an excellent childminder. This is in terms of how happy my child is and how well she has developed.
Yvonne is very experienced, has a natural talent and empathy with children and has put a great deal of effort into developing her skills with a wide range of training courses.
Yvonne is very observant about our daughter development and good at keeping us informed.
We have a similar approach to discipline and discuss any issues that have arisen. She also provided a very healthy environment:
• The high standard of cooking and range of food – especially fruit and veg.
• The amount of outdoor exercise.
Yvonne is a fantastic childminder and such a lovely lady. She provides a safe and stimulating environment for the children from her home and also takes them on many trips out(parks, play centers, zoo etc.) Yvonne has got a good understanding of the needs and abilities of our daughter and is warm, nurturing and responsive to our daughter. She has always got professional, calm, thoughtful and expert approach to the care of our daughter. She is flexible when we are late or drop off are needed. Her rates are competitive.
My husband and I have an excellent working relationship with Yvonne and found her completely reliable, pleasant, cheerful and very capable. She is organized in her paperwork including contracts, permission forms for medication etc. She also provides a daily dairy and records of learning objectives, achievements and photos and regularly updates us with how our daughter has been during the day. We are extremely happy that we found Yvonne and we couldn’t think of a better person to keep our daughter happy and safe while we are at work.
