Warm and caring setting.

Both Natasha and Amy were friendly and welcoming both times i met with them. They answered all my questions and were very open and honest about the care they will provide for your child. They knew the importance of finding the right child care for your child and made myself and my family feel at ease and comfortable whilst being in their setting. My daughter had a lovely time playing there and has told me herself that she can't wait until Amy and Natasha become her childminders in September. Footsteps childminder have always been quick to response to any queries or questions I may have and they try their very best to accommodate your wishes and work around your timetable which is a relief as we have very busy lives.
Thank you footsteps for all your efforts and understanding over the last few weeks. We look forward to having you as a childminding service for our daughter..
