Lisa is very professional. She has looked after my daughter on and off since she was 3. She was the first babysitter I used so my daughter was in tears when I left her in the house with someone she didn’t know for the first time, but 5 minutes later, I was getting photos of her enjoying playing with Lisa and messages telling me everything is fine which was very reassuring. Every time Lisa babysat for me, she sent me regular updates of how things were going, which I found very thoughtful.

Lisa also helped my daughter get over her dog phobia by sharing tips with her which she was very proud to demonstrate back to me every time we walked past a dog! This was not something I asked her to do, so Lisa was proactive in helping my daughter.

Lisa has also gone out of her way to accommodate my last minute requests, and has never said no even if that meant driving from the airport to my place when she was returning from holidays, or moving other jobs around to fit me in.

I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and knowledgeable babysitter.
