Nikki helped our family after the birth of our third child. We were a month into it and I was struggling with both boys and a new baby. I had been hesitant to hire a nanny but as soon as Nikki arrived I felt reassured (plus our baby was immediately putty in her hands!). Nikki was wonderful and the sole reason our family turned around and started to enjoy each other again. She was incredible with the new baby but more than that, she prioritized looking after me too, as well as ensured the older boys were always well cared for. She also streamlined our home so that by the time she left everything was working like clockwork. I cannot recommend Nikki highly enough.
