Having had to move from a previous childminder, our pre-school-aged son settled in very quickly with Rachel and Glen and - apart from the odd parting cry! - loves attending, while we are very happy with the care he receives.
The kids have a wide range of activities both indoor and out at the setting, while they are regularly visiting other places such as parks and farms to widen their horizons.
Rachel and Glen clearly love working with the kids and have been flexible whenever me and my partner have had any work problems. We have all worked together to solve any issues to have arisen with our son (such as his biting phase!)
We are very much kept up to date with his progress, both when we are at the setting and via a daily diary which explains exactly what he's been up to and includes photos.
We very much recommend their services. When the time comes it will certainly be a wrench to leave.

We have been using Mini Monkeys for after school child care for our two daughters for the last 3 half years. Our Girls really enjoy going, and Rachael and Glen are an amazing team.
The care they provide is excellents and we have nothing but praise to say about mini monkeys. From the homely enviroment feeling to the food and activities they lay on for the children it is all excellent.
I would highly recommend this child minder for anyone looking for after school care who wants ther children cared for in a home style setting.

After having another childminder that let us down at Christmas we needed someone who could take care of Alice especially with us nearly loosing her last year. After a bumpy start Rachel proved to us how amazing she is by going above and beyond for Alice when she fell ill. She is an amazing person who puts everyone else first and does such varied activities with the kids everyday. I'm exhausted just watching her on the photographs. She really is doing an amazing job! Wouldn't be without her!

We have been using Mini Monkeys for 2 years now since our daughter started at school. Mini Monkeys is everything we expected in a childminding service and much more. Rachel and Glen are the most caring couple you could meet. They care for the children in their care as if they were their own. They provide a fantastic caring service with a great range of home cooked meals and excellent activities which our daughter loves. Rachel and Glen go over and above the call of duty for the children in their care and Quite honestly I do not know what we would do without them.

My daughter started school last Septpember and we needed childcare for after school and school holidays..
The moment we walked through the doors at mini monkeys It just screamed "this is a fun place to be" and it is.
The house looks like a childs paradise, with the lovely calm decor and toys in abundance.
The staff Rachel, Lisa & Adele are lovely, patient, energetic and are fun to be around.
Rachel has two children of her own that are older than my daughter Naomi. Naomi absolutely adores them and sees them as her big sisters.
At hometime she never wants leave, she loves it there. It is just one big happy family.
I would not hesitate to recommend Mini Monekys. I know that my daughter is very happy and is getting the very best childcare.

Mini Monkeys have been caring for my daughter since I returned to work when she was 7 months old, I have a 9 year old daughter who also attends occasionally before and after school,
As a mum with a childcare background I looked at many other child minders and nurseries before I met Rachel and was beginning to wonder if I’d ever find anyone who I would be able to feel 100% happy with,
From the very first meeting I had with Rachel I felt at ease, I felt she would be able to care for my daughters in the way I wanted them to be cared for and that my youngest daughter’s severe dairy allergy wouldn’t be overlooked.
Rachel and Mini Monkeys has evolved in the last 2 years with the introduction of her equally wonderful assistants Lisa and Adele, both Lisa and Adele are caring, approachable and fun, My two daughters LOVE attending their setting, The setting itself is wonderful, bright, stimulating and educational and is always evolving to reflect the ever changing needs of the children she caters for,
The children are always learning in the best way possible - through play,
I cannot recommend anyone better that the Mini Monkey crew, I would be totally and utterly lost without them.
