We've been with Stacey since summer last year, with her primarily looking after our 1 year old, and taking on our three year old during his school holidays. She has been utterly wonderful, great at settling the littlest one with initial separation sadness, and much loved by our older son. She's also been flexible and unflappable during a house move (and with my slightly odd working hours,) and really feels like an extension of the family now..
