Liz has been the childminder for our two children, now aged 4 and 6, for the last 2 1/2 years. Our children love her. She plans the time they spend with her so creatively, making sure they spend lots of time outside as well as doing fun and creative activities. In the holidays, she plans extra nice things for them to do. She keeps us informed daily and sends lovely pictures of the things the children do with her. She is flexible and will always try and accommodate our needs where she can. During the pandemic, she was incredible at trying to help wherever she could within the rules. She's become a lynch pin of how our family works. She's worth her weight in gold.
