My daughter has been going to Jenny's three or four times a week for over two years, since she had just gone one. Although I had never had experience of childminders with my other two children I can safely say it has been the best choice and would highly recommend her services.

I am extremely impressed with the care she is receiving. She has come on in huge steps, reflecting the positive attitude and environment she is surrounded by. Apart from receiving a warm welcome into Jenny’s home and family, Jenny is always calm, kind and patient with her and it is this sense of care, organisation and enthusiasm that we really appreciate. I have also found Jenny to be invaluable in times that I need to rearrange or add extra time to my daughter’s sessions to cope with unexpected situations, being flexible where possible.

It was very easy for my daughter to settle in, and she is always happy when we arrive at Jenny’s house in the morning. Jenny was quickly able to establish a warm relationship with her thanks to her communication, activities and cuddly moments I know they often spend together. I am also happy that Jenny would be able to cope with any emergency situation, administering first aid or medication following all the correct procedures. At the end of the day Jenny always has time to spend with me letting me know what they have done together.

Jenny prepares food for her every day, which is greatly appreciated and eaten extremely willingly. She has had experience of a wide variety of healthy foods, making my life in the kitchen much easier. The children eat together at the table, encouraging their behavioural development.

My daughter participates in many activities, both inside and outside Jenny’s home, providing a great stimulus and physical exercise. They go to a different playgroup or external location every day, where there are opportunities for even more social interaction with many children. Inside the home there is a good range of toys for her to play with and start with role-play situations appropriate for her age, along with a garden that again is well equipped for her enjoyment.
