This is the first time I used a Childminder as he was in a nursery where we previously lived. I don't know why I worried about the change as Sarah has made it a home from home for my little boy. She follows the development guidelines, takes him out to the park everyday but the best bit is she listens to what he likes (thomas the tank at the moment!) So she got trains in for him to play with, behaviour chart is based around thomas the tank and treats as well. It makes me feel better about going to work knowing he's in a safe, homely environment.
