Lucy has an amazing effect on us all when she arrives - the children took to her straight away and I felt confident within minutes that they would be both happy and safe with her. She is calm, competent and loving and meant that when I was away at night I could relax knowing the children couldn't be in better hands. What a wonderful human being she is!
