Charlotte has been looking after my now 4 year old daughter, since she was two, every Friday 9am-3pm. I nanny-share, so my daughter spends time with another little girl her age - and the two girls have become best friends as a result of the happy times they spend together.
Charlotte is just wonderful really! She's happy to get my daughter dressed, giver her breakfast, brush her hair and clean her teeth when she arrives. So Friday mornings are a real break for me.
She always has fun activities in mind for the girls. They do a huge variety of art and craft projects (Charlotte always has new ideas and is amazing at art!), they bake cakes, and go on outings to various places, including the museum etc.
Charlotte is kind, patient and caring with my daughter. She is also very aware of health and safety, and is educated about children's nutritional needs. I highly recommend her if you're lucky enough to snap up one of her free days - you couldn't get a better nanny.

I employed Charlotte for almost a year to look after my then 2 year old until she was old enough to start preschool. I had already met Charlotte as she worked for a friend of mine and had seen first hand what a wonderful nanny / childminder she was, so I was over the moon when she said she could work the hours I needed!! Charlotte is an excellent communicator and extremely punctual and reliable. My daughter adored her from day 1 and had so much fun with varied days of outside activities, art, craft etc and tons of creative playtime set up to inspire her imagination. Charlotte would often prepare a delicious evening meal for my whole family while my little girl napped or perhaps set up a craft activity for my older daughters and their friends to enjoy after school. The house was always left clean and tidy - often better than when she arrived!
Happy to say we still see Charlotte regularly - much to my daughters delight! I can not recommend her highly enough, she is amazing.

Charlotte has been looking after our 2 children (now aged 4 and 7) for almost three years and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is a very experienced, sensible, warm, patient, gentle and caring nanny and children love her instantly; she is a natural. I never have to worry about anything when she’s in charge; she just takes care of everything! Charlotte is very creative and the kids love making things with her. She’s also a fabulous cook and party organiser! Charlotte is extremely reliable; she has not let me down ever, not once in three years! She is very flexible, as a self-employed nanny, which means she sorts out all the paperwork herself and is available for childcare shares where mutually convenient, which is often more fun for our kids. Charlotte is very clean and tidy, she always leaves our home tidier than she finds it and is very helpful with light housekeeping tasks around the house, cooking, children’s laundry etc Charlotte is an absolute superstar and we hope to continue with her part time for many years to come. The kids love her and so do we!
