Lorraine is a brilliant childminder, I really cannot recommend her highly enough. I know there are many childminders out there but Lorraine is special.
My two children (Ella who is 3 and Owen who is 20 months) have been going to Lorraine's for over a year now, 4 days a week, and they both love her. Lorraine is a very caring person and deals with the children in the most loving of manners. Her facilities are excellent, she's got a dedicated playroom for all the children with loads of toys and a big back garden which allows the kids to go out and play as mush as they like in the summer. Lorraine is also totally familiar with all the childhood development and learning stages and devises activities to encourage further learning.
From a parent's point of view I also find her really easy to deal with: she's friendly and practical, flexible with childcare arrangements (e.g. swapping days), utterly reliable (never has any time off sick!) and works with you when you want to address specific aspects of your child's behaviour or development (like potty training or fussy eating).
