Our child was only with Tracy for 2 days as our local (walking distance) childminder had a cancellation and was able to take our toddler. Our decision to move was totally unrelated to Tracy.

I can't therefore give 5 stars, as he was only there for 2 sessions. Ethan had not settled into the routine or space.

However, Tracy seemed to know her stuff, had good facilities, and sent videos of Ethan playing. The second session was a trip to the park in their school bus. I'm sure that with more time Ethan would have loved going there.

Choosing a childminder is a difficult decision, and a personal one. I would recommend anyone needing childcare to consider Tracy and her team a try.
