Lynn looked after my 2 children for approximately 4 years commencing when my daughter was 8 and my son 6 years old. My husband and I always had an excellent working relationship with Lynn and found her completely reliable, pleasant, cheerful and very capable. She was organised in her paperwork including contracts, permission forms for medication and receipts for payments.

My children have very different personalities and Lynn cared for them both with patience, understanding and sensitivity, treating them as though they were part of her family. She provided a sympathetic ear for any worries they had and would speak to me if she had any concerns. She provided a safe and stimulating environment for the children from her home and also took them on many trips out. Both children enjoyed their time with Lynn and have kept in touch with her in the intervening years. I am very grateful to Lynn for the great care she gave to my children. Other than my husband and me they had no relatives nearby and being welcomed into Lynn's home expanded their social experience. They are both now in their 20s and are happy and well balanced, high achievers academically and have good jobs - I happily acknowledge that Lynn's care contributed to their success.

I have no hesitation in recommending Lynn to anyone looking for a great childminder.
