Our son has been with Louise and Roy since April. We chose Louise and Roy after meeting a lot of childcare providers. We needed someone who would adapt to his vivacious personality whilst being able to effectively manage his severe food allergies. From the outset Louise and Roy exuded warmth and showed him a lot of loving. They have never been fazed by his problems.

They take him for regular activities and keep him busy through the day. They have been very understanding to our needs as working parents and help in any way they can.

Louise and Roy have been very receptive to all our suggestions and helped us in improving his feeding difficulties. We get a daily report on how he has done, and having updates through the day is very reassuring.

We know our son is very happy, well loved and well taken care of. I am able to go to work in peace knowing he is in safe hands.
