do not recommend

Amie struggled to follow any instructions - she would forget most even if she wrote them down

Cleaing and tidying standards were poor - eg on one occasion she had to clean the bath tub 3 times as the dirt rim was never cleaned, daily she would need to redo all tasks

Childcare - approach was immature despite claiming to have lots of experience, would not recommend for sole charge, she needs supervision

Lacks complete common sense

I take full responsibility for her failure as i did not trial her before or interview her properly - i was in a desperate position and would have seen all this if i had followed a structured recruitment process
