We are writing to highly recommend Dia as a nanny for your childcare needs. Dia has been an integral part of our family for the past 6 years and has looked continuously after both our children (6-year old boy and 3-year old girl).
We feel incredibly blessed to have found Dia at the birth of our first child as she has met all our evolving needs and beyond, from looking after newborns to helping them develop social and language skills, performing all children-related housekeeping activities (laundrying, ironing, meal cooking), or engaging in playful yet education activities. Since our son started school, she also helps with his school work, practicing his phonics and math. But most importantly our children love her very much.
She has proven to be an amazing educator as much as a carer and importantly someone very trustworthy and reliable, providing a very structured and predictable environment for the happy development of our children. She is very patient with our children and when needed, Dia knows how to help them appreciate the importance of good behavior in a very gentle and loving way. In spite of the natural bonding between Dia and the children, she has maintained some healthy boundaries to facilitate our own relationship with them.
Some of the primary highlights include:
-Very trustworthy, punctual and reliable (takes our children every day to various activities, never away at short notice, flexible to start earlier/finish later when the need arises)
-Incredibly organised and tidy - our children arrive on time for their activities with the correct outfit, bags, games etc. and always manages to leave the house sparkling
-Great sense of initiative and independence (coordinates with other nannies/mom’s for playdates, signs up and goes to local activities)
-Engage in screen-free educational activities for child development (we have a no-screen policy at home) with a mixture of indoor activities and outdoor play in the park in the warmer months. Dia is never on her phone but always proactively engages with the children.
-Acts as carer for all children-related needs (nursery tidy, bathing, laundry, fresh cooking)
We can’t say enough great things about Dia and what she has done for us in our journey as new parents. She is polite, charming, discreet and overall just an amazing person and we cannot overstate the positive impact she has had on our lives. Sadly as our little girl starts school in September we no longer need so many hours during the week, especially mornings. We are confident that she will always be part of our lives and wish she can find a family that appreciates and cares for her as much as we do.

Dia has been with our family as a part time nanny to our one year old boy. She came to us with glowing references from her previous employers and I could immediately understand why. She was really quick to pick up on our way of doing things, sensitive to our way of parenting and very receptive to instructions. At the same time she is herself an experienced mother and has been an invaluable source of advice and reassurance to us as first time parents.
Dia is warm, intelligent and confident in her skills as a nanny. Our son immediately liked her and is always happy in her calm, fun presence. She has been quick to seek out local activities that my son enjoys and that fit around his naps. She also clearly enjoys spending time with him, playing with him in a really thoughtful and engaging way. She spends lots of time reading with him and would take books out from the local library for him each week. As a result our son already seems to have a love of books, which she can definitely take all the credit for!
Dia is also incredibly punctual, organised and trustworthy. She keeps in regular contact throughout the day. She somehow manages to leave the house sparkling each day and goes above and beyond what we ask her to do - choosing to help us with washing or organising our son's clothes without us asking.
I feel that Dia treats our son as if she were with her own child and it is a joy to see her with him. It has been a pleasure to have Dia as our nanny and I would highly recommend her.

It is my pleasure to recommend Dia as a nanny. She looked after my daughter for several months during 2017. My daughter is currently almost 2 years old.
Right from the beginning, I found Dia to be intuitive and genuinely caring. My daughter immediately took well to her and continues to adore her.
Dia has a number of strengths, but for me, her main strength was the love and attention she so warmly provided my daughter. She is interested in the child’s overall development, and spent many happy hours playing and exploring new concepts with my daughter. Dia respects our personal philosophies towards bringing my daughter up, but is confident to make independent decisions based on her daily needs.
We found Dia to always be extremely flexible, punctual and approachable.
We feel so fortunate to have had Dia in our home and part of our family. Dia is very reliable, trustworthy, motivated and able to align herself with the requirements of both the children and family. My name is Eleonore. I am a mother of two boys (5y and a 18m old).
Dia has been our Nanny on a part-time basis since my second son was a few months old. When she arrived with us, I had been looking for a nanny for a few months and we instantly knew Dia was what we were looking for.
Dia is extremely professional and understand very well what a family needs. She has been a valuable help for us from the first step in our door!
Dia naturally provides tremendous childcare. When in charge of my sons, I have never been worried but felt they were so lucky to be in her very capable hands. She creates the environment they need to grow confident, happy and polite. She was always very patient with children and when needed, Dia knew how to help them appreciate the importance of good behaviours in a very gentle way.
She is dynamic, enthusiastic and hardworking and she has always made sure to be as helpful as possible during my son’s naps. She provided them with delicious and healthy meals, helped with the children laundry and kept their playroom and bedrooms organised. She also has been very good at helping our older son with his homework.
She has lovely manners and speaks fluent English, which is a very valuable thing to communicate to children.
She has never been late to work or to any activities in two years. Our sons have arrived on time at school and at their scheduled activities, with the correct outfit, materials, bags, games...
Dia is discreet, honest, respectful and a hardworking person. On top of that she is an elegant and a very likable person. I have thoroughly enjoyed having her as our nanny and I would keep her if it was possible. I strongly recommend her as she is very good with babies and children and has an amazing impact on them and on all our family.
I think she deserves to work with a lovely family.
