Fee has been looking after our son (11 months) for one or two afternoons a week. She is confident and clearly experienced in looking after young children.
Fee is gentle and patient and has developed a lovely relationship with our son. She is attentive and encouraging and unfailingly positive with him. She is mature and responsible.
I have also really appreciated Fee’s approach when our baby has been distressed about me leaving – she is calm and loving with him and firm with me about the need to just go! Which has given me the confidence I needed.
We have only needed childcare for a few months, to cover a gap before starting with a childminder, but if this were not the case, we would continue to employ Fee. We will still use her for ad hoc babysitting when the need arises and recommend her to others.
