Messaged Nicci a week before the date when we needed a babysitter. She responded very promptly and we were able to quickly go through the details for the evening.
On the evening itself she arrived promptly and on time at the hotel. She only had to look after our son whilst he slept, but it was our first time using a babysitter who isn't family or a friend; she was very professional and reassuring, so my wife and I were able to enjoy our evening and not worry (it's been a long time since we've been able to do that).
If we are ever in the area again and need a babysitter, I would happily hire her again.
