Eleana has been a brilliant babysitter for our 2 children (7 and 4) on a number of occasions. Right from our first interactions she was professional, punctual, brilliant at engaging with the children and always thoughtful and kind. Before she came to babysit the first time, she sent a video introducing herself to the kids and telling them a bit about her. It was really engaging and a wonderful idea and made a real impression on them - and me!
