Avril is a warm, funny person who is so enthusiastic about kids and who is always willing to give you a detailed summary of your child’s day and is so very helpful, you can tell she really cares about the children as she takes the time to encourage their education, and is very friendly and extremely helpful and is always there when you need emergency help. She’s an all-round lovely childminder and I 100% encourage people to go to her.
