One word sums up Dawn: fantastic. From the moment she came around the first time my wife turned to me and said 'Yes, this is the person I'd like to look after our 3 kids.' When we hired Dawn we had a 4yr old and twins aged 1... it's a handful but Dawn took it all in her stride. She got on so well with our kids it was a joy to see. Our 4 yr old would rush up to hug her hello and goodbye everyday, and still asks about her.

Dawn brings with her a sunny disposition, she's amazing with kids, she has an air of calm competence, a hardworking attitude and is, at heart, one of the good people. Dawn literally never rested. When the babies were asleep we'd find her washing up, ironing, tidying, laying out a new selection of toys for when the twins woke up, planning ahead and generally helping out. She has been by far the best nanny we've ever had (and we've had 9). She slotted straight into our lives and immediately became indispensable. She only left us when her personal situation changed at home and she had to refocus on her own situation. Otherwise she'd be with us still and I wouldn't be recommending her wholeheartedly on this site.
