I met with Nyisha and got good vibes off her and my little one took to her. We used her service for two weeks and unfortunately she called to terminate it after I expressed how unhappy I was with some aspects of her service. I gave her instructions on my 19 month olds nappy changing routine but she did not follow them as my little one developed a nasty rash which I knew was a direct result of neglecting my instructions. She failed to inform me of the rash till I mentioned it to her and still not admitting to not doing as I asked but will do better in the future. Also on the last childminding service, she mentioned just as I was leaving about a red mark on my little ones mouth. I inspected it on our return home and it was swollen. I asked her what happened as this was certainly not there when I dropped her off. She assured me no accidents happened. So I guess it just magically appeared. Aside from the fact she's good with children from what I have seen, she really needs to improve on her listening skills and follow parents instructions, be honest, and also ask if uncertain about anything. I just find her lack of sharing such important information as very untrustworthy and this is key when leaving any child in the care of a complete stranger.
