Kim has been our son's nanny for nearly 3 years and if we could have taken her with us when we moved out of London we would have.

Not only does Kim have years of experience looking after children and babies, she also has a natural affinity with them which is soon reciprocated by the children. I was nervous when I first started my search for a nanny - I had no idea what to look for, what to check, what to expect - and I was leaving the most important thing in my life with a near stranger. Kim made the whole process easier - she is warm, professional, friendly, flexible with her schedule and has helped us in ways I hadn't imagined.

Having looked after our son since he was 6 months old, Kim has really shaped the little boy that he has become and has been instrumental in the key milestones of his development so far. She has helped with weaning, tummy time, learning to walk, potty training, how to get dressed, dealing with his emotions and has introduced our son to a range of different experiences, outings and people whilst also offering him 1:1 care and attention.

Kim really did become like a member of our family - a key addition who made every day easier. She was always punctual, kind and trustworthy and I loved how she would update us on key events from their day together. Kim has a deep understanding of what children, and parents, need out of a nanny relationship and communicates this well. Nothing ever seemed too much or an imposition, and we had a clear idea of what we both expected from working together.

Anyone who ends up having Kim look after their children should feel extremely reassured and, above all else, lucky to have found such a gem to do such an important job.
