Olivia cared for our 1 and 4 year olds one day a week whilst I worked between 8.00-5.30. Both children quickly bonded with her and looked forward to the days she came. Olivia provided fun and engaging activities in our home and was open and positive about them going out to take part in groups and activities in the local area. Olivia always ensured she put the children's needs at the centre of her planning and made sure she considered the risk of different activities based on changing environmental factors. Olivia still babysits for us on ocassion as the children get on so well with us. I reduced my working hours and no longer needed Olivia' s time during the day any longer.
