We hired Michelle twice whilst we were on holiday in Cornwall. First she looked after my 2 year old whilst I took a surf lesson. She was fabulous and he was fine heading off with her when he usually cries. The second occasion Michelle looked after all 3 of my children for a good 5 hours whilst my husband and i went out for dinner- she was fun, kept all ages entertained and handled my 2 year old having a meltdown at bedtime like a pro.
