Lulu’s great and has a reassuringly calm disposition. She instantly made our daughter relaxed and comfortable in her presence. She effortlessly looked after 2 babies under 18m the first time we booked so we knew she was a keeper! Plus she’s flexible and always there if we need her last minute..
