Nikki has been looking after our 3 year old for one day a week and it's been a proper home away from home setting in the best possible way. Nikki has been fantastic in keeping us in the loop about what's going on during the day and she's very imaginative with creative activities and outings. An absolute gem of a childminder!

We have been extremely happy with the care our daughter has received and the great progress she has made whilst in her care. Nikki’s home is always welcoming, friendly and family orientated. This was exactly what we were looking for – a home from home environment. She provides a fun and wide range of activities including plenty of outdoor time, water play, drawing, sticking, reading, puzzles as well as outings to the park, trips to feed the ducks and walks in the woods. Nikki is a great communicator and has no trouble in gaining our daughters confidence and therefore encouraging good behaviour, kindness and compassion to others - both of which are skills that are important to us at home. We know that she feels happy to be comforted by her and we are confident that she can administer either first aid or medication following all the correct procedures and completing the necessary records to ensure her health and safety. All in all we are thoroughly happy with the level of care our daughter receives and we are certain that being in such a positive and happy environment is helping her develop into a confident and self assured little girl. I would absolutely recommend Nikki as a great and reliable childminder.

My little boy has been in Nikki's care since December 2019, aged 10 months. He has settled amazingly well with Nikki and her family and I just love that he adores every member of her family and they adore him too. My little one has received amazing care since being with Nikki and Nikki's wonderful nurturing way has really enabled him to settle very quickly! My little one is very happy going to Nikki's house and loves the toddler groups he attends and the arts and crafts that he does too. I go to work knowing my little boy is in very safe hands and well looked after. I can't thank Nikki enough for her kindness and care that she provides and I love pick up time where we chat and I get an update of my little ones day. Means alot being a first time Mum so I couldn't recommend Nikki enough.

Nikki is childminder to both my boys and she is incredible.
I suffer with anxiety and Nikki is so accommodating to my sometimes over the top requests. She never judges or questions me but does as I ask with my boys when they are in her care. Nikki is approachable and is always there for updates during the day if ever I’m feeling worried. Nikki also send me photos when she can which absolutely makes my day to see the boys happy.
Not only do I love Nikki very much but so do the boys, they absolutely adore her which also makes it easier to leave them in her care. If the boys are every uneasy at drop off time Nikki is absolutely amazing with them and distracts them from feeling upset about me leaving. Nikki never makes me feel like I have to sneak off or can’t say bye to them, she still makes me feel ok to say bye to them and then comforts them if they still need it (most of the time they don’t by then anyway).
Nikki is very caring to the boys and I believe treats them as her own when in her care and I don’t believe you could ask for any more than that. Thank you Nikki for all you do for us x

Nikki has been my daughter’s childminder since she was 6 months old. My daughter settled very nicely and has been taught wonderful skills and disciplines. My daughter became part of the family and felt welcome every time she attended. Nikki tries her best to accommodate your needs and pick up times. You may need to ask for a detailed handover on collection but nikki is pleased to tell you your child’s progress on the day. Her house and environment is clean and perfect for childcare. She has a dedicated play room where each child has their own draw for spare clothes and nappies if needed. Nikki takes the children out on adventures most days where they Learn through play. Nikki is a very good childminder and treats your child as if they are her own, with love and care. We left nikki due to relocation and we will miss her a lot. We would highly recommend her for childcare.

Nikki has been the childminder for my youngest for 2.5 years, we think she is fab. Our little one settled in really quickly, she is stimulated by all the toddler groups and activities Nikki attends on a daily basis. We get pictures and videos of what they've been up to and feel we can speak with Nikki about any issues e.g. if the little one has been struggling with anything like potty training. There is a good routine and the children get to interact with wider groups at other childminders and through attending play groups regularly.
Most importantly we feel can trust Nikki to care for our child whilst we are at work. All the children who attend Nikki's are a little gang of friends and they play together so well which I believe is down to Nikki's input and encouragement.
I would definitely recommend Nikki as I know she has been the perfect childminder for us and is one of the main reasons our littlest one is so settled and doing so well.
