I have had such a fantastic experience using Jen for my childcare. As a first time mum of an 8 month old I was extremely anxious of leaving my LO with someone I didnt know. Jen has made this experience much easier for both me and my LO. She arranged some settling sessions for us, free of charge. My LO took to Jen straight away. She is friendly, happy and loving. Each time my LO attends daycare, Jen puts a summary of the day in the bag so that I'm made aware of all the things my LO has been up to, including what she eats which Jen provides. Jen sends pictures to me of my LO which helps me immensely. If I ever have any questions or am unsure of something, Jen will help me and provide all the answers i need.
