Sam has been an amazing childminder for my son, Alex, who started with her when he was 10 months old. We have been very happy with her over the last 7 months and we are sad to be leaving her now as my son transitions to nursery. Initially, I was so nervous (as a first-time mum) leaving him with someone else, but from Day 1, Sam's caring and kind nature put me at ease. She is very attentive with the children and sends regular updates about what they are doing and where they have been (trips to the park, farm, soft play etc), which is really nice. She also provides a little book where she notes what my son has eaten, how many nappy changes, nap times etc. At pick up time, she is always happy to chat and tell you about their day. She has also been really good at highlighting any milestone that my son has hit and bringing important things to my attention. My son absolutely loves his time with Sam and gets quite excited when I say we are going to Sam's. That shows me that she is providing a wonderfully engaging environment for him. Overall, we have had a really lovely experience with Sam and would definitely recommend her to any parents out there.
